Job summary

Hire Resolve.com is seeking a Project Manager II to lead high-impact interior renovations and tenant improvements in live environments in the Chicago area. You will drive projects from preconstruction planning to closeout, overseeing budgets, schedules, and subcontractor coordination to exceed client expectations.

This role emphasizes leadership, mentorship of junior staff, and delivering complex projects from $1M to $20M+.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Construction Engineering, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Proven success managing interior construction or renovation projects in occupied spaces with tight deadlines.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills, with experience mentoring junior staff.
• Exceptional communication skills to interact with clients, architects, and subcontractors; budgeting, scheduling, VE, and project closeout procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead fast-track interior renovations and tenant improvement projects in live environments.
• Own preconstruction planning through project closeout and drive financial performance.
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure projects meet client expectations.
• Mentor emerging leaders and build strong client relationships across projects ranging from $1M–$20M+.
