Qualifications

• Education: BS in Construction Management, Engineering, QS, Architecture, or related field.
• Experience: 4+ years of experience in Project Management, engineering, or construction management.
• Certifications: CCM, PMP, PE, AIA, LEED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and coordinate project schedule, scope, and cost.
• Value engineer projects and manage substitutions.
• Communicate with and manage project stakeholders.
• Prepare project management plan and budget at outset.
• Evaluate documents to align with client goals.
• Develop action plans to guide the project team.
• Coordinate cost management and budget reconciliation.
• Drive permitting process with agencies.
• Ensure design management aligns with client standards.
• Attend work during normal business hours.
