Cumming Group seeks a Project Manager I to oversee tenant improvement projects from Santa Monica, CA, coordinating schedules, scope, and costs for a high-profile client. The role emphasizes value engineering, stakeholder communication, and strict adherence to project budgets and timelines.

The ideal candidate has a BS in construction-related fields and 4+ years in project management, with CCM/PMP/PE/AIA/LEED preferred. On-site duties and client-facing responsibilities are essential to success.

Formación

• Education: BS in Construction Management, Engineering, QS, Architecture, or related field.
• Experience: 4+ years of experience Project Management, engineering, or construction management.
• Preferred Certification: CCM, PMP, PE, AIA, LEED

Responsabilidades

• Plan, manage, and coordinate project schedule, scope, and cost.
• Value engineer the project by identifying savings opportunities and substitutions.
• Communicate with and manage project stakeholders.
• Prepare Project Management plan and fee budget/proposal at project outset.
• Evaluate documents and communicate client goals to the project team.
• Develop action plans to guide the project team from initiation onward.
• Re-evaluate contract scope and adjust as needed.
• Coordinate with cost management for estimates, reviews, and budget reconciliation.
• Organize and maintain project documentation and processes.
• Drive permitting by coordinating with agencies to move approvals.
• Ensure design management aligns with client budget and standards.
• Prepare cost and revenue projections.
• Attend work during normal business hours.
