Job summary

Qualifications

• Create and modify project plans, flowcharts, playbooks, and requirements documents.
• Develop and conduct briefings for senior management.
• Establish and maintain integrated schedules and high-level correspondence.
• Design desk guides and coordinate records management activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist KSC customers with IT procurements and liaise with the Records Manager.
• Coordinate meetings and communications for the department.
• Support project planning and governance under the NASA eMITS contract.
• Prepare briefing materials and status reports for leadership.
• Ensure on-site project execution at Kennedy Space Center with no remote work.
