Job summary

Vision Quest Solutions Inc. is recruiting a Program Manager to support NASA protective services at Kennedy Space Center in Cape Canaveral, Florida.

The Program Manager will serve as the on-site leader for the NASA South Region protective-services contract, overseeing Site Managers across multiple NASA locations, managing contract performance, and representing the contractor to NASA. The Program Manager must be physically located at KSC, work on site each business day unless otherwise approved,

Qualifications

High school diploma is required.
10+ years supervising armed personnel is required.
Interim Top Secret clearance progressing to Top Secret is required.
NASA Emergency Response Official (ERO) trained or certified preferred.
IDS/IS training is required.
NASA SATERN training is required.
NASA or comparable federal/military protective-services experience preferred.
Ability to work on site at Kennedy Space Center (KSC).
Ability to meet 24/7 availability requirements.

Responsibilities

On-site leader for the NASA South Region protective-services contract.
Oversee Site Managers across multiple NASA locations and manage contract performance.
Serve as primary contractor representative to NASA and coordinate operations.
