Responsibilities

• Provide analyst support, including project plans, flowcharts, requirements documents, briefings, senior management meetings, integrated schedules, and high-level correspondence.
• Design and create desk guides.
• Coordinate records management activities and liaise with the KSC Records Manager.
• Assist KSC customers and stakeholders with IT procurements.
