Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC (QISG) seeks a Project Manager I to oversee design-build/engineering-procure-construct projects, managing prime contracts, scheduling, and field coordination.

The PM I will guide engineering, procurement, and construction teams, ensuring safety, quality, and environmental compliance while maintaining strong client communication and project performance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience in Construction Project Management, with DB/EPC projects preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of materials, methods, and equipment for transmission, distribution, and substation work.
• Knowledge of project planning, scheduling, bidding, and administration of prime contracts.

Responsibilities

• Manage DB/EPC teams from inception to completion and coordinate pursuit phase when required.
• Oversee engineering design, procurement, scheduling, and construction management.
• Ensure safety, quality, and environmental compliance with customer goals.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
• Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and effective coordination at the jobsite.
• Administer prime contract changes and manage subcontracts and purchase orders.
• Lead post-construction closeout, cost review, and warranty administration.
