Job summary

Primoris Services Corporation, a leading infrastructure services provider, is hiring a Project Manager I for its Q3 Contracting division. The role involves supporting project execution, cost analysis, and reporting from the Commerce City, Colorado area with a hybrid arrangement after training.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s in construction management or related fields and have 3+ years in cost accounting, scheduling, or project controls within construction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of directly related experience in cost accounting, scheduling, or project controls for construction projects.
• Proficient with MS Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and follow through on assignments.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of project execution including monitoring resource utilization and developing change orders.
• Analyze and review cost/budget expenditures and create detailed cost reports and diagrams.
• Collaborate with Operations Managers to assess project profitability and support monthly invoicing.
