Job summary

Primoris Gas Operations, including Q3 Contracting, is seeking a Project Manager I to support project execution within the Operations Team. After training, this role becomes hybrid, two days at home and three days in the Commerce City, Colorado office.

You will manage cost accounting, scheduling, and project controls for utility and energy projects, leveraging MS Project, Primavera, and Smartsheet to create reports, schedules, and change orders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of directly related experience in cost accounting, scheduling, or project controls.
• Experience in the utilities construction industry is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in CM, business management, or accounting.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint is expected.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of project execution including monitoring resource utilization and change orders.
• Analyze cost and budget expenditures and create detailed reports.
• Collect updates from construction management and document historical data.
• Lead project controls, risk management, and monthly invoicing processes.
