Job summary

Colonial Group seeks a Project Manager I to oversee small-to-mid scope projects, coordinating teams and supporting senior PMs on larger programs. You will communicate with internal and external stakeholders, monitor budgets, and ensure project quality and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include proposal support, delivering on project deliverables, and maintaining ongoing client relationships as the primary contact. Strong collaboration and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field is required.
• At least 3 years of project management experience; 7 years if no degree.
• Fundamental understanding of building design and construction principles.
• Proficiency in project management standards, communication, and organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project execution and client experience on assigned projects; may support larger programs.
• Assist with development of proposals, contracts and project budgets.
• Plan and coordinate deliverables for assigned projects and support larger efforts.
• Manage client service and project communication.
• Monitor adherence to budgets and financial expectations.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality objectives and resolve conflicts.
• Serve as primary client contact and brand ambassador.
