Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking a Project Manager I to provide oversight and coordination of projects with small to medium scopes. You will lead project teams and support Project Managers on larger efforts, communicating with internal and external stakeholders to drive successful project execution.

The role emphasizes continuous learning, teamwork, and integrity, with a focus on delivering quality results within budget and schedule constraints. Occasional travel (10–15%) may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, science, technology, or business required.
• Strong MEP experience is a must.
• 3 years of relevant experience including a minimum of 2 years of project management exposure.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering is preferred.
• Basic proficiency in project management standards and execution.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all aspects of project execution and client experience on assigned projects.
• Assists with development of project proposals, contracts and budgets.
• Plans and coordinates project deliverables on assigned projects.
• Manages client service and project communication.
• Monitors and ensure adherence to budgets and financial expectations.
• Responsible for overall project performance.
• Contributes to efforts to improve performance and ensure quality standards.
