Job summary

CareSource is seeking a Project Manager I to oversee small complexity projects within programs or standalone efforts. You will drive milestone delivery, resource coordination, and governance adherence, while collaborating with business owners and IT to finalize schedules and budgets.

The role requires an Associate Degree or equivalent experience and at least one year in program coordination. Proficiency with MS Office and project management tools is expected, with opportunities to influence

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Project Management or related field or equivalent years of relevant work experience is required.
• Minimum of one (1) year of program coordination or project management experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage small complexity projects within programs or standalone projects.
• Ensure project milestone deliverables are completed and approved at every stage of the project lifecycle.
• Assist with the continuous improvement of project management best practices, processes, and tools.
• Responsible for ensuring project closure activities are completed.
• Lead stakeholders in refining the project charter and aligning resources.
• Develop and maintain project schedule and WBS.
• Coordinate with IT to assign IT resources and forecast EPMO FTEs and contractors.
• Schedule audits and ensure governance compliance.
• Capture and report project status, metrics and budget.
• Maintain RAID, risks, issues, and stakeholder matrix.
• Communicate with stakeholders and facilitate project meetings.
