Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, 3+ years of PM experience (or 7 years without a degree), and a strong focus on process improvement, data analysis, and collaboration. Occasional travel is expected.

• Strong process-improvement focus and data-analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Owns all aspects of project execution and client experience on assigned projects; may support larger projects.
• Assists with development of proposals, contracts, and budgets.
• Plans and coordinates project deliverables on assigned projects; supports planning on larger ones.
• Manages client service and project communication.
• Monitors budgets and financial expectations; ensures project performance.
• Contributes to continuous improvement and adherence to quality standards.
