Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to oversee assigned commercial construction projects under supervision, coordinating schedules, costs, contracts, and status reports.

Responsibilities include supporting owner presentations, design development, budget preparation, and bid documentation. The role requires at least 4 years of experience in commercial construction, knowledge of Microsoft Project and estimating techniques, cost control, and material pricing.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in commercial construction.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project and other project management tools.
• Experience with estimating techniques, cost control, and material pricing.
• Minimum of six months of estimating/preconstruction and field experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design development, budget preparation, and project scheduling.
• Prepare and review budgets, schedules, and bid documents; support subcontracts.
• Help prepare profit projections and manage cost reporting.
