Ryan Companies Inc. is seeking a Project Manager I for on-site work in Tampa. You will support project management across schedules, budgets, contracts, and status reports, with involvement in owner presentations and design development.

Strong organization, cost control and coordination with subs are essential to succeed. Minimum 4 years in commercial construction and a bachelor’s degree are required. Proficiency with Microsoft Project and PM tools, estimating methods and pricing are expected.
