Job summary

You will build relationships with customers and manufacturers, manage data, read drawings and schedules, and ensure on-time delivery through strong math and Excel skills. This role requires team collaboration, precise documentation, and a proactive problem-solving approach to meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience in lighting project management with construction industry knowledge.
• Ability to read project documents, drawings, schedules, and submittals.
• Excellent math skills are required.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook is essential.

Responsibilities

• Building relationships with customers, manufacturers, and outside sales people
• Problem solve while accurately utilizing, maintaining, and tracking project data
• Communicate regularly with inside/outside sales team to understand and remain up to date on the requirements of each project
• Perform material take-offs
• Negotiate job buy-out
• Perform order entry, problem resolution, material management, and project close out
• Other duties as assigned by manager
• Prior lighting project management with construction industry knowledge to include experience reading project documents, including drawings, schedules, and submittals
• Ability to work on strict timeline and meet deadlines
• A team-first attitude
• Must have excellent math skills
• At least four years of Excel experience
• Must be proficient on Word, Outlook and Blue Beam
