Job summary

SESC0 Lighting, Inc. is seeking a project management professional to handle end-to-end coordination under minimal supervision. You will manage bids, prepare quotes, and maintain project files while coordinating with factories for training as needed.

The role requires excellent math abilities and proficiency with Microsoft Office, plus strong organizational and customer-service skills. Prior lighting project management experience is preferred and on-site work in New York is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience with data entry and file management.

Responsibilities

• Perform material take-offs
• Create and manage quote files
• Screen phone calls during peak bid days and bid times
• Compile, code, categorize, calculate, tabulate, audit, or verify information
• Perform order entry, problem resolution, material management, and project close out as needed
• Maintain and label project files
• Follow up with tracking information to the offices and customers
• Travel to factories as needed for product training
• Purge project files twice a year
• Assist in AutoCAD layouts as needed
• Label and maintain project drawings
• Maintain knowledge of currently represented products
• Develop goals and plans to prioritize and organize work
• Other duties as assigned by manager
• Prior lighting project management experience or equivalent preferred
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and internet research
• Knowledge of customer service principles and evaluation of customer satisfaction

• Assist in Auto Cad layouts as needed

• Develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work
• Other duties as assigned by manager
