Job summary

SESCO Lighting, Inc. in Fayetteville, AR seeks a Project Manager to own all aspects of projects from initiation to close, coordinating with customers, manufacturers, and the inside/outside sales team.

You will read drawings, schedules and submittals, perform material take-offs, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining accurate project data and strong teamwork. Ideal candidates bring strong math skills, proficiency in Excel (4+ years) and comfort with Word, Outlook and Blue Beam, enabling

Qualifications

• Must have strong mathematical ability and experience reading project drawings, schedules and submittals.
• Experience in lighting project management is a plus.
• Proficiency with Word, Outlook and Blue Beam required.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers, manufacturers, and outside sales people.
• Problem solve while accurately utilizing, maintaining, and tracking project data.
• Communicate regularly with inside/outside sales team to understand and remain up to date on the requirements of each project.
• Perform material take-offs.
• Negotiate job buy-out.
• Perform order entry, problem resolution, material management, and project close out.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
• Prior lighting project management with construction industry knowledge to include experience reading project documents, including drawings, schedules, and submittals.
• Ability to work on strict timeline and meet deadlines.
• A team-first attitude.
• Must have excellent math skills.
• At least four years of Excel experience.
• Must be proficient on Word, Outlook and Blue Beam.

Job description
