Vue Health is seeking a Senior Project Manager to plan, organize, and oversee marketing campaigns and project workloads. You will partner with account management, creative teams, medical directors, and external vendors to keep timelines, budgets, and deliverables on track.

The ideal candidate holds a PMP or equivalent training, with 3–5 years of experience managing marketing projects in an agency setting, and prefers digital marketing and pharmaceutical project familiarity.

Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing all aspects of marketing campaign and project jobs.Following project management best practices and agency processes, the Sr. PM is charged with creating and updating project timelines as well as monitoring, routing, and tracking all jobs through the agency for assigned projects. The Sr. PM will partner with the Account Management team in SOW and tactical plan development for cross-channel projects as well as lead communication between agency, creative team, medical directors, and external vendors.

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Estimate hours for tactics in SOW, write assumptions, and define/estimate OOPs
• Demonstrate critical thinking and the ability to manage expectations
• Track and report actuals to estimates weekly including burn rates
• Identify projects outside of SOW and provide accurate ballpark and detailed estimating
• Build and update project timelines in Workamajig and provide reports to team to staff appropriately
• Ensure resources are in place and work to balance workload
• Partner with Account Management team to open jobs and build and input estimates (hours and OOPs)
• Schedule and lead status and retrospective meetings. Also schedules internal reviews, update meetings and ensure the right people are in the right meetings
• Lead weekly status meetings with other project managers
• Accountable for flagging risks/issues related to meeting client deliverables and maintaining project budgets
• Coordinate agency job flow/creative process in an organized and efficient manner
• Route projects through relevant departments including all supporting documentation required for each client submission
• Monitor and assist team members in following the job flow process (document deviations)
• Maintain network folder structure and Workamajig project elements
• Complete accurate timesheets on a daily basis
• Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by his/her supervisor
