Job summary

AdMed, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to oversee ongoing projects, ensure deliverables meet deadlines, and maintain clear communication plans with teams and stakeholders. You will prepare status reports, coordinate with account coordinators, and drive quality in project execution.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of PM experience in advertising or pharmaceutical settings, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office and Wrike. PMP is a plus; MBA is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience in advertising or pharmaceutical agency environments.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-discipline teams to meet project requirements, deadlines and schedules.
• Lead status meetings, prepare internal/external status reports and ensure quality deliverables.
• Develop and submit project deliverables and maintain project documentation.
• Establish and execute effective project communication plans with stakeholders.
• Oversee ERP-related project aspects and account coordination as needed.
• Support marketing projects and development of marketing materials including social media.
