Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Projects range from 50k to 25M+.
• Proven track record of successfully managing commercial plumbing projects.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing or HVAC systems.
• Excellent budgeting and cost control abilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder liaison skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of commercial plumbing/HVAC projects from planning to completion.
• Review contracts and negotiate terms to optimize outcomes.
• Develop and maintain project schedules with key milestones.
• Manage project budgets with frequent updates to senior management.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and safety standards.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues affecting timelines or costs.
• Communicate progress to clients and address concerns.
• Monitor workmanship quality and take corrective action.
• Foster a safety-focused work environment and lead by example.
