Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in construction, specifically Mechanical/HVAC.
• Proven leadership, strategic planning and risk management capabilities.
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of projects from inception to completion.
• Develop full-scale project plans and communications documents.
• Identify dependencies, manage critical paths, and deliver progress reports.
• Proactively manage scope changes and develop contingency plans.
• Estimate resources and staffing needs for project goals.
• Direct project development and delegate tasks.
• Coordinate HVAC and plumbing installations per specs and codes.
• Ensure all project documents are complete and stored properly.
