Jobot is hiring a dynamic Project Manager to lead commercial plumbing and HVAC projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time delivery and budget compliance. You will coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors, and communicate progress clearly to clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of experience in construction, strong knowledge of plumbing or HVAC systems, contract review and negotiation skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple

Formación

• 1+ year of experience in a similar construction role.
• Projects range from 50k to 25M+; experience handling large projects is a plus.
• Proven track record in managing commercial plumbing projects.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing or HVAC systems.
• Ability to review contracts and negotiate terms.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee commercial plumbing/HVAC projects from planning to completion.
• Review contracts and negotiate terms to optimize outcomes for the company.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones are met.
• Manage project budgets, providing regular updates to senior management.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Ensure all work complies with relevant regulations and safety standards.
• Identify and resolve issues that could affect timelines or budgets.
• Communicate regularly with clients and address concerns.
