You will collaborate with engineers, architects and contractors, negotiating contracts and maintaining safety and regulatory compliance across projects. A proven track record in similar roles is essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in a similar construction management role.
• Projects range from $500k to $4M+ in value.
• Proven track record in managing commercial projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects from planning to completion.
• Review contracts and negotiate terms to benefit the company.
• Develop and maintain project schedules with milestones.
• Manage project budgets and provide updates to leadership.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers and contractors to ensure on-time delivery.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Identify and resolve issues impacting timelines or budgets.
• Provide regular client communications on progress and concerns.
