Qualifications

Demonstrated history of successfully overseeing mechanical, chiller, or HVAC service projects is highly desirable.
Proven ability to coordinate effectively with vendors, subcontractors, field teams, and clients is strongly preferred.
Background in managing financial performance, including forecasting, budgets, change orders, and RFIs, is preferred.
Comprehensive knowledge of mechanical systems, commercial HVAC, and chiller equipment.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities to guide project teams with a high level of professionalism.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster lasting professional and client relationships.
Exceptional organizational skills to manage competing priorities across multiple simultaneous projects.
Solid understanding of financial management principles, including budgeting and profitability analysis.
Advanced problem-solving and negotiation skills to resolve conflicts effectively.
Proficiency in interpreting technical documentation, project plans, and detailed scopes of work.
