Mach10 Solutions seeks a Manufacturing Team Lead to drive operational excellence, oversee production workflows, and foster a high-performance culture. You will optimize output, ensure quality, and empower your team through coaching and effective process management.

You will lead daily production activities, coach a diverse workforce, and analyze KPIs to implement data-driven improvements while maintaining strict safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of recent supervisory experience in a wood, metal, or similar manufacturing environment.
Strong leadership capabilities with a proven ability to manage, motivate, and develop diverse teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ERP systems.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a diplomatic approach to problem-solving.
Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.
