Comprehensive understanding of NEC, NFPA 70E, and OSHA standards, alongside expertise in 480V systems and motor controls.
Technical proficiency in PLC/HMI interfaces and panel support to assist with system commissioning and start-ups.
Proven ability to foster a culture of safety and clear communication to ensure team alignment and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Direct the daily activities of Journeyman Electricians, Helpers, and other support staff to ensure project success.
Engage in hands-on tool work to help maintain production standards, safety protocols, and project timelines.
Execute the installation of industrial electrical infrastructure, including conduit, cable trays, switchgear, VFDs, and complex control wiring.
Interpret technical documentation such as electrical schematics, one-line diagrams, and equipment specifications to guide installation.
Provide essential support for facility maintenance, commissioning, and capital projects to ensure operational continuity.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including mechanical, rigging, and structural crews, to streamline project workflows.
Monitor site productivity, material usage, and safety compliance to mitigate risks and maintain high-quality standards.
