WeVote has an open volunteering position for a Project Manager, Human Resources (~5 hours per week) who wants to use their existing skills and learn new skills while helping strengthen American Democracy.

What You’ll Do

• Run weekly Agile meetings for the HR team
• Assist with onboarding tasks and coach team members
• Facilitate communication within the team and with other WeVote teams
• Identify tasks fitting team members' skills
• Review work and propose efficiency strategies
• Support and track OKRs and Key Results, train team members on OKRs
• Follow up on deadlines, adjust schedules, and communicate delays
• Provide brief reports on project status in meetings and newsletters

Who You Are: Must Haves

• Availability of at least 1 hour weekly during core team hours (M-F, 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. in your time zone)
• Commitment to strengthening American Democracy

• Located in the US with 1-2 hours overlap with US PT hours
