Job summary

LVI Associates is seeking a Project Manager for Hospitality Construction in Winter Haven, FL. This permanent role focuses on leading the construction lifecycle, managing budgets, and coordinating documents and procurements for large-scale hospitality projects.

You will collaborate with the Superintendent and key partners to meet schedule, quality, and safety objectives while building strong client and team relationships across university representatives, architects, and trade partners.

Qualifications

• Experience working for an established general contractor on large-scale commercial, education, or industrial projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong understanding of project financials, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Experience utilizing Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar CM software.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day project management activities throughout the construction lifecycle.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, cost reporting, and financial performance.
• Coordinate RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement activities, and contract administration.
• Partner closely with the Superintendent to ensure schedule, quality, and safety objectives are achieved.
• Maintain strong relationships with university representatives, architects, consultants, and trade partners.
• Drive project scheduling efforts and monitor progress against key milestones.
