Job summary

Elsdon Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects from pre-construction through completion. You will manage budgets, schedules, and resources while coordinating with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timely delivery and exceptional quality.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and in-depth knowledge of construction management processes.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in construction.
  • Experience managing residential, commercial, multi-family, hospitality, or aviation projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of contracts, timelines, and budgeting in construction projects.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple construction projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope.
  • Develop, maintain, and track detailed project schedules and budgets.
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.

  • Prepare and present regular progress updates to senior management and clients.
  • Manage procurement of materials and equipment for projects, ensuring efficiency and cost control.
  • Solve problems and resolve issues that arise during construction to keep projects on track.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other project partners.
  • Ensure all projects comply with safety regulations, local building codes, and quality standards.
