Job summary

LVI Associates is seeking a highly motivated Superintendent to support the construction of a multimillion-dollar higher education project in Tampa, Florida. This permanent role offers long-term career progression within a well-established regional contractor known for its pipeline and collaborative culture.

You will lead onsite activities, coordinate subs, uphold safety and quality, and collaborate with project management and scheduling teams using Primavera P6.

Qualifications

• Experience as Superintendent or Area Superintendent on ground-up projects.
• Experience on projects valued at $40M+.
• Experience in education, public-sector, multifamily or institutional projects.
• Strong scheduling, sequencing, site logistics, and subcontractor management.

Responsibilities

• Support the Lead Superintendent in managing all onsite construction activities from mobilization through turnover.
• Coordinate and direct Assistant Superintendents, Field Engineers, subcontractors, and trade partners.
• Maintain project safety, quality, and schedule performance across all assigned scopes.
• Assist with site utilization planning, scheduling, phasing, and constructability reviews.
• Work closely with the Project Manager and scheduling team to develop, maintain, and actively manage the Primavera P6 master schedule.
