Job summary

R-2 Contractors is seeking a Project Manager for heavy civil underground utility-scale power and dry utilities projects. The role involves coordinating internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to deliver complex infrastructure on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years minimum experience on heavy civil projects.
• Experience in PM, CM, or QC on large-scale power projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Willing to be trained on HCSS software.
• Authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.
• Able to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate new projects with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients.
• Track project progress, materials, equipment, and changes.
• Interpret project documents and specifications.
• Schedule building and maintenance; manage budgets and invoicing.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
