Job summary

Alberici Constructors, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead marine division construction efforts along the U.S. inland waterway system.

Responsibilities include cost control, scheduling, staffing, and coordination with the Heavy Civil division to deliver complex projects on schedule and within budget. The successful candidate will have a BS in Engineering/CM/Architecture (or related field) and at least 5 years of field construction PM experience, with travel to project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in field construction project management.
• Willingness to travel to project sites within a few hours radius.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains project estimates and cost controls.
• Creates detailed project schedules with milestones and critical path.
• Plans staffing with the Superintendent and VP/Project Director.
• Manages billing, cost reporting and cash-flow to keep the project on budget.
