Job summary

InfraRec. in Boston is seeking a Project Manager to lead site development, utility installs, foundations, and infrastructure projects from preconstruction through closeout.

You will manage budgets, schedules, and contracts while coordinating with clients, public agencies, and field teams on active projects. The role features base salary up to $170,000, with bonus, 401(k) match, profit sharing, and a company vehicle or monthly allowance.

Qualifications

• Experience with site development, utility installation, foundations, or infrastructure projects.
• Experience with utility clients (e.g. Eversource, National Grid) or public agencies (e.g. MASDOT) is a plus.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, and contract management skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent field experience.

Responsibilities

InfraRec is working with a leading heavy civil and infrastructure contractor based in Boston. The company is valued at approximately $500 million and employs around 1,200 people. They have recently secured multiple high-value projects with Eversource, National Grid, and MASDOT, covering site development, utility installation, foundations, and infrastructure work. They are now looking to add a Project Manager to their team.

• Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning

This is a hands-on role that requires staying closely involved in the details of each active project.
