Job summary

InfraRec. in Boston is seeking a Project Manager to lead site development, utility installs, foundations, and infrastructure projects from preconstruction through closeout.

You will manage budgets, schedules, and contracts while coordinating with clients, public agencies, and field teams on active projects. The role features base salary up to $170,000, with bonus, 401(k) match, profit sharing, and a company vehicle or monthly allowance.

Qualifications

• Experience with site development, utility installation, foundations, or infrastructure projects.
• Experience with utility clients (e.g. Eversource, National Grid) or public agencies (e.g. MASDOT) is a plus.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, and contract management skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent field experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, including utility companies and public agency representatives.
• Coordinate with superintendents and field teams to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Review and manage subcontractor and vendor contracts, change orders, and RFIs.
• Track project costs and report on budget performance to senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, permitting requirements, and contract specifications.
• Support estimating and bid preparation for future project pursuits as needed.
