Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Project Manager for a Top Interiors General Contractor in Philadelphia. Lead commercial construction projects, coordinating design development, field teams, and client communications to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The ideal candidate has 7-10 years of PM experience in commercial construction, a Bachelor's degree preferred, and strong skills in reading drawings, budgeting up to $20M, and scheduling with MS Office, Prolog and Primavera.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of commercial construction experience in a Project Management role.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience running commercial projects in healthcare, office space, general commercial projects.
• Strong technical ability including reading/interpreting drawings.
• Experience managing project budgets up to $20M as well as project schedules.
• Experience with MS Office, Prolog, Primavera, etc.
• Professional communication and attitude.
