Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field required.
• Minimum years of experience: 3 years in healthcare construction PM or related projects.
• Experience with budgeting, scheduling, contract buyout, and subcontractor management.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with MS Office and PM software.

• Plan and schedule timelines and milestones using PM tools.
• Develop and manage project budgets to ensure on-budget delivery.
• Oversee contract buyout and negotiate with subcontractors and vendors.
• Coordinate stakeholders including architects, engineers, and owners.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Oversee installation of MEP systems and related documentation.
• Produce progress reports, change orders, and schedules.
• Ensure timely delivery of all project deliverables.

Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in the Healthcare Construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management for healthcare or healthcare related projects.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation
• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring projects are completed within budget constraints
• Manage the contract buyout process, including negotiating contracts with subcontractors and vendors
• Coordinate and manage all project stakeholders, including subcontractors, architects, engineers, and owners
• Ensure compliance with all building codes and regulations
• Manage and oversee the installation of MEP systems
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and project schedules
• Ensure that all project deliverables are completed on time and within budget
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project success

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management for healthcare or healthcare related projects.
