Job summary

SRE Engineering D.P.C. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction management for NYC Health + Hospitals capital projects in New York City.

This full-time role supports one of the largest municipal healthcare systems in the United States. The role covers pre-construction through closeout, coordinating with vendors and design consultants, and ensuring schedules, budgets, and compliance with NYC H+H procedures, including M/WBE reporting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction management experience in healthcare or institutional facilities.
• Experience managing public sector clients (NYC agency experience a plus).
• Proficiency in Procore, Kahua, or similar construction management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day CM operations across pre-construction, construction, and closeout phases.
• Serve as owner's representative; manage vendors, design consultants, and agency stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain project management plans, schedules, budgets, and monthly progress reports.
• Review submittals, RFIs, change orders, and pay requisitions in compliance with NYC H+H procedures.
• Ensure M/WBE utilization compliance and maintain documentation for monthly reporting.
• Coordinate with NYC Health + Hospitals Office of Facilities Development (OFD).

• Lead day-to-day CM operations across pre-construction, construction, and closeout phases
• Serve as owner's representative; manage vendors, design consultants, and agency stakeholders
