SRE Engineering, D.P.C. seeks an experienced MEP Superintendent to provide field-level oversight of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing construction on NYC Health + Hospitals capital projects.

This role is based on-site in New York City and involves direct supervision of MEP installations across active healthcare sites. Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of MEP construction supervision or field management experience.
• Healthcare facility construction experience strongly preferred; occupied building experience required.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems in institutional settings.
• Familiarity with NYC building codes, DOB inspection requirements, and Joint Commission standards.
• Experience coordinating MEP work in active, occupied healthcare environments (ICRA/ILSM protocols a plus).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for daily reporting and contractor coordination.
• Proficiency in Procore, Kahua, or equivalent CM software a plus.
