SRE Engineering, D.P.C. is seeking Construction Inspectors to provide on-site inspection services for NYC Health + Hospitals capital construction projects across all five boroughs.

You will serve as the eyes and ears of the construction management team, ensuring contractor compliance and documenting daily field conditions. Responsibilities include performing on-site inspections, maintaining detailed daily field reports, identifying non-conforming work and safety violations, coordinating QC

Formación

• 5+ years of construction inspection experience, healthcare or occupied facility experience preferred.
• NICET certification, NYC DOB Special Inspection certification, or equivalent preferred.
• Familiarity with NYC construction codes, safety regulations, and prevailing wage requirements.
• Strong written communication skills for daily report preparation.
• Experience with Procore or similar construction management software a plus.
