Responsibilities include budget, schedule, and subcontractor management with strict adherence to healthcare codes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in commercial construction with healthcare focus.
• Experience managing occupied facility renovations, hospital expansions, or medical office buildout.
• Experience delivering projects ranging from $1M–$15M.
