Job summary

Just Construction Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead healthcare construction projects, including hospitals and medical facilities, from preconstruction through completion.

The role requires ownership of projects, collaboration with owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors and field teams to deliver on time, safely and within budget. Procore or similar platforms experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction/project management experience.
• Experience delivering hospitals, medical facilities or healthcare projects.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction, project delivery and contract administration.
• Proven experience managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors and project teams.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Proficiency with Procore, e-Builder or similar construction software preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through completion and closeout.
• Lead project budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement and cost control.
• Coordinate owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors and project stakeholders.
• Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, change orders and pay applications.
• Monitor project progress, quality, safety, schedule and financial performance.
• Attend project meetings and provide regular updates to clients and senior leadership.
• Support permitting, regulatory requirements, inspections and project closeout.
• Maintain accurate project documentation using Procore, e-Builder or similar platforms.

The Role
