Job summary

TrueCare is seeking a Community Program Coordinator to coordinate, develop, and implement program objectives, write content and curriculum, and identify resources. You will build partnerships with community programs and maintain records while performing data entry and a variety of program activities.

This grant-funded role expires 12/31/2028, with travel between San Marcos and Perris (2 times per week) and a 40-hour work week.

Qualifications

• Travel between San Marcos and Perris 2 times per week with reliable transportation and CA driver's license.
• Associate's degree in healthcare or related fields or equivalent work experience.
• Standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 pounds.
• At least 1 year healthcare-related programming coordination or similar experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable interacting with youth and parents.
• Knowledge of program development.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assist in planning, developing, and implementing current program objectives.
• Write content, curriculum, and identify resources; build partnerships with community programs.
• Maintain program records/files and perform data entry.
• Support a wide range of program activities as needed.
