Global IT Project Manager – Commercial Systems (PMO)

Job summary

Omegahires seeks an experienced IT Project/Program Manager for the Global Commercial Systems PMO. You will own multiple global enterprise IT initiatives, driving SDLC governance, releases, and cross-functional collaboration across regions.

Requirements include 7–12+ years IT experience, 5+ years PM/PMO leadership, and familiarity with Oracle ERP, Salesforce, eCommerce, and cloud migrations. Strong stakeholder management and global teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 7–12+ years of overall IT experience and 5+ years in IT Project/Program Management.
• Proven ownership of multiple concurrent global enterprise IT projects/programs.
• Experience with global/regional rollouts across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
• Background in enterprise applications + integrations, not infrastructure-only PM.
• Experience with Oracle ERP + EDI/integrations, Salesforce CRM/CLM, eCommerce/Unified Commerce, or cloud migrations.
• Strong technical program delivery working with Engineering, QA, DevOps/Platform, Security, Data, and Business teams.
• Hands-on governance of SDLC, Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid, release, incident, and change management.
• Strong ServiceNow experience, CAB, change, incident, and release workflows.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, JIRA, and Planview AdaptiveWork.
• Strong PMO skills: RAID, dependencies, budgets, resources, risks, milestones, KPIs, governance and exec reporting.
• Comfortable working with senior leadership and globally distributed teams.
• Bachelor's degree; PMP/PRINCE2/Scrum/Agile certification is a plus.
