Job summary

Forgen is seeking a Project Manager to oversee geotechnical and civil construction projects across North America. You will lead project teams, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate with clients and subcontractors to deliver safe, quality work.

Travel to sites and client meetings will be required, with a focus on maintaining cost control and timely completion. The role reports to the Division Lead and requires strong leadership, communication, and in-depth knowledge of construction

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; 5–10 years in construction; or equivalent experience (8+ years without a degree).
• Experience in demolition, site restoration, material management, cost tracking, interpreting plans/specs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and supervise direct reports.
• Drive safety culture and incident-free performance.
• Prepare estimates for change orders with detailed reviews.
• Coordinate onsite functions: scheduling, engineering, material control.
• Supervise subcontractors and interface with client reps.
• Maintain loaded schedule and minutes for client/company meetings.
• Support costing with Project Superintendent and track project documents.
