Job summary

Forgen, headquartered in Hubbard, TX, is seeking a Project Manager to lead multiple geotechnical and civil construction projects. The role focuses on safe, quality production and achieving favorable economic outcomes for Forgen through strong on-site leadership and client coordination.

You will oversee scheduling, budgeting and subcontractor administration while maintaining rigorous safety standards and aligning with contract requirements.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Five years of progressive Project Management experience including direct supervisory experience in deep foundations and earth retention projects is required.
• USACE QCS System desired.
• Skilled in project controls software, including Excel, Microsoft Office/Project, Primavera (P6); AutoCAD knowledge is a plus.
• Strong understanding of construction engineering, codes, standards, and cross-functional relationships.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills; able to resolve complex contract issues independently.
• Safety-focused, ethical, and committed to quality work.

Responsibilities

• Drive a safety culture promoting Incident and Injury Free Performance.
• Provide initial client contact to assess scope and resources.
• Assist with estimating and proposals with detailed review of specs, drawings, takeoff info, rates, subcontractors and approach.
• Supervise total construction effort ensuring conformance with design, budget and schedule; develop basic project schedules; manage cost reporting and forecasts.
