Job summary

Forgen is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead geotechnical and civil construction projects. Under the Division Lead, you will manage projects from scoping to closeout, ensuring safety, quality, on-time delivery, and favorable economics for Forgen.

Responsibilities include leading teams, preparing estimates for change orders, coordinating site activities, maintaining loaded schedules using P6, interfacing with clients and subcontractors, and ensuring proper documentation and cost

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; 5–10 years in construction.
• Equivalent experience accepted in lieu of degree; minimum 8 years in construction.
• Experience in demolition, site restoration, material management, cost tracking, and interpreting plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead and be accountable for project teams and safety culture.
• Prepare complete estimates for change orders with plan/takeoff review.
• Coordinate onsite functions (scheduling, engineering, material control).
• Interfacing with clients and subcontractors to ensure project success.
• Maintain loaded schedules (P6) and document minutes for meetings.
• Drive cost control and ensure design, budget, and schedule alignment.
