Job summary

Forgen is a geotechnical and specialty civil construction company seeking a project management leader in Centennial, CO with travel. You will manage multiple projects under the Division Lead, ensure safety and quality, and drive favorable project economics.

Qualifications include a civil engineering/construction management degree (or equivalent 8+ years in construction), proficiency with MS Project/Primavera P6, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Five to ten years of construction experience; or eight years with no degree.
• Experience with demolition, site restoration, material management, cost tracking, and interpreting plans.
• Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, Primavera P6, and cost systems.
• Ability to lead, supervise and motivate teams; strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and be accountable for direct reports.
• Drive a safety culture promoting incident and injury-free performance.
• Assess scope with client and prepare complete estimates for change work.
• Supervise construction, coordinate scheduling and on-site activities.
• Maintain loaded schedules using P6 and prepare meeting minutes.
• Work with Project Superintendent to manage project costing.
