The position offers hybrid work with a 8:00AM-5:00PM schedule and a pay rate of $44.85 per hour on a W2 basis without benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale data migration and data risk management initiatives.
• Background in financial services and regulated environments.
• Strong PM skills: planning, milestone tracking, risk management, and dependency management.
• Knowledge of enterprise data concepts, including data storage, pipelines, metadata, and sensitive data management.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive reporting skills.
• PMP/Agile certification preferred.

Responsibilities for Project Manager include but are not limited to:

• Lead the development, implementation, and operationalization of enterprise-wide Data Risk Management programs within the Global Payment Network organization.
• Drive large-scale data migration initiatives, ensuring risks are identified, assessed, mitigated, and managed throughout the project lifecycle.
• Translate data risk frameworks and governance requirements into actionable project plans, timelines, and execution strategies.
• Manage project scope, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with Enterprise Data Risk Management (EDRM), business leaders, technology teams, cybersecurity teams, and data architects to deliver secure and compliant data solutions.
• Establish reporting processes, dashboards, and executive-level communications to provide visibility into project progress, risks, and key decisions.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to support data governance, sensitive data management, metadata management, and data lifecycle initiatives.
• Identify, track, and escalation project risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful program delivery.
• Ensure data ecosystems are secure, well-managed, and compliant with organizational policies and industry regulations.
• Support the creation of scalable frameworks, controls, and processes that strengthen enterprise data risk management capabilities.

Candidates for Project Manager must meet the following requirements to be considered:
