Job summary

Adecco is recruiting a Project Manager in Richmond, VA to lead enterprise-wide Data Risk Management programs and data migration initiatives within a major bank holding company. The role requires collaboration across data, technology, cybersecurity, and business teams to deliver secure, compliant data solutions.

The position offers hybrid work with a 8:00AM-5:00PM schedule and a pay rate of $44.85 per hour on a W2 basis without benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale data migration and data risk management initiatives.
• Background in financial services and regulated environments.
• Strong PM skills: planning, milestone tracking, risk management, and dependency management.
• Knowledge of enterprise data concepts, including data storage, pipelines, metadata, and sensitive data management.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive reporting skills.
• PMP/Agile certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide Data Risk Management programs within the Global Payment Network.
• Drive large-scale data migration initiatives, identifying and mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Translate data risk frameworks into actionable project plans, timelines, and execution strategies.
• Manage scope, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables aligned with business objectives and regs.
• Partner with EDRM, business, technology, cybersecurity, and data teams to deliver secure data solutions.
• Establish reporting processes, dashboards, and executive-level communications.
